📄 Quote created
When a quote is created in Anomaly OS, an opportunity opens in your pipeline at Estimate Scheduled and the customer syncs to Jobber automatically. One record, both systems.
📤 Quote sent
The moment the quote goes out in Jobber, the contact moves to Estimate Sent in your pipeline and your automated follow-up cadence fires immediately, and keeps going until the customer responds.
🛠 Job Completed
As soon as Jobber marks the job complete, the contact moves to Job Completed Review Eligible. Your review request, referral ask, or repeat-customer cadences fire automatically, turning every job into the start of the next one.
